Step inside and there’s an immediate sense of warmth – this is a home with a lovely, relaxed cottage feel. The kitchen is bright with modern units, and there is a door leading straight out onto the patio and garden, making it easy to drift in and out on sunny days. The dining room is a generous space for gathering with friends and family, flowing through into a large, comfortable lounge with double-aspect windows and doors that open onto the garden – so there’s always a view of nature surrounding you.

 

There’s also a really handy extra room on the ground floor, currently used as an office and playroom, but equally suited as a fourth bedroom if needed.

 

Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, all with their own character. The master bedroom has built-in wardrobes in a dedicated dressing area and its own en-suite bathroom. This is a calm, private master bedroom to retreat to – and you can have a coffee in bed overlooking the treetops. The two further double bedrooms are both well-sized, one with a feature fireplace and another with built-in storage.
